Lift, Load, and Stack with a Reach Exceeding 4,454 mm

The ETL1200’s telescopic boom delivers a working reach of over 4,450 mm—enough to stack bales or load Total Mixed Rations (TMR), while remaining compact enough to operate inside barns and other tight spaces. Telescoping is controlled via a mini-joystick on the main lever, allowing operators to extend or retract the boom without moving their hands from the primary controls.

To prevent overloads, a load torque indicator system provides visual and audible alerts if stability limits are exceeded during lifting, lowering, or extending. If a stability limit is reached, boom movement is only permitted in directions that reduce load. A separate indicator also warns against potential overloading of the tilt cylinders.

With a top speed of 20 km/h, the ETL1200 moves quickly between tasks. For sharp turns in barns and confined spaces, AOLITE’s advanced steering system offers up to 40 degrees of articulation, significantly reducing the turning radius.
